Don''t bother to book this property Some of the pipes in the bathroom were not placed properly it gives a very bad smell in the entire room. The back kitchen door to the balcony has no key so can not be locked, people like myself who goes on business trip alone feel really unsafe all night affecting our sleep while you really need to rest after long hours of business meeting preparation in a different place/city. The reception staffs are not friendly at all, I needed to extend my stay because of the meeting schedule but one of the lady (more senior position I think who oversee the reception staff) gave me that unfriendly look and spoke with me in a very UNHOSPITABLE manner. As people who has traveled to China many times know, most of the hospitality staffs in China are untrained even for 4 and 5 stars hotels, but this particular hotel has the most unappreciative senior level staff, so uselss and not helpful at all, I ended up moving to another hotel after 1 night.

No Windows, poor sound insulation capability. waiter talking loud in the morning, affecting the rest of the room. so the price, huh, huh.
