General Worn-out facilities and services is not good, my room in the North Building, front, and did not tell me where to the elevator, depriving me of the south wing on the 8th floor to find a good meal, finally run into a cleaner asked before more ado to find 8th Floor, North Building, the five-star in the south can only be a good point with the three-star comparison.

Hardware is too old, not 5 star standard. Shangri-La Hotel, with other than up, the hardware is far worse - only 3-star level of hardware facilities. Service personnel are very enthusiastic, service standards high. Including the doorman, receptionist, tour guide services are based on customer needs, meet customer demand as the goal. The level of service personnel is the level of Shangri-La hotel.
Other: The hotel';s restaurant menu in English is wrong. Needs to be updated.
