The Caesar Palace Hotel (Kaisa Huanggong Dajiudian) stands to the west of the river. On offer are a total of 100 rooms ranging from standard rooms to luxury suites, all centrally air conditioned and equipped with satellite TVs.
Facility-wise the hotel is fairly good, with recreational and business services to accommodate most needs. There is a night club here, apparently with a rare Las Vegas bar counter in addition to large VIP rooms and computer song selecting system. For the less easily impressed there is a nice Japanese-style bar and a gymnasium. Strangely equipped for business, the "Landscape Painting" serves as a multi function hall, mainly for large conferences and business banquets. There is also a business center that provides secretarial services, photocopying, fax, internet access and ticket reservations.
For dining, the four restaurants provide a mixture of oriental cuisine. The Emperor Garden is nice, serving traditional Shanghai flavors, while the Knight Restaurant provides normal Chinese fare. For those bored of Chinese, there is also a Japanese and a Korean Restaurant here.
