The Zhongyou Garden Hotel (Zhongyou Huayuan Jiudian) is a fine hotel situated opposite the Ruyi Lake. It can be easily reached by car within 20 minutes and by train within 10 minutes.
The hotel caters mostly to Chinese guests so if you should be aware of that when speaking with staff and booking rooms. The hotel is located in the New City, nearthe lake which is also surrounded by a pleasant park.
Rooms are clean, staff is helpful and they have a well-equipped gym. The upstairs Cantonese restaurant comes highly recommended.
